The film is an anthropological essay exploring the ecological scapes and life of the fishing community, particularly the fishermen, residing on the coast of Zai, India.
The project relies on voice interviews and maps the land's history of coping with alcohol abuse, crime and neglect from the early 1960's to the present day challenges pertaining to over-fishing, environmental degradation and climate change.
